I am a financial analyst working at a large Latin American bank. My background is in accounting, and I have developed my approach to equity research through a mix of Mark Meldrum’s Applied CFA Level content, CFA studies, and books on valuation and corporate finance. I completed CFA Level 1 and have a solid base in portfolio management, derivatives, and technical analysis, so while my main focus is fundamental analysis, I also consider other perspectives where relevant. On Seeking Alpha, I intend to deliver high-level financial analyses, with a consistent focus on discounted cash flow models, multiples, and dividends, always combined with a broader review of the business environment, market narrative, momentum, and macro conditions. My investment research is mostly bottom-up, and my coverage spans the utilities, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, REITs, and materials sectors. I focus mainly on equities across the Americas (North America and Latin America), though I will eventually deviate from that premise if I find compelling cases.I will primarily focus on stocks with a mid-term return perspective (1 ~~ 3 years). My goal is to offer data-driven analysis to help SA readers make informed decisions.
